Skincare doesn’t have to feel confusing or overwhelming — and it definitely doesn’t have to be stressful. At Glow Setters Skin Studio, we guide you through a personalized, results-driven journey designed to make skincare simple, intentional, and effective.
All new clients begin with an in-depth virtual skincare consultation before booking any treatments or services. This allows Aleigha to truly get to know you, your skin, and your goals, and to create a customized skincare plan tailored specifically to your needs. Clients who have not been seen in over a year are also required to complete a consultation, as skin changes over time and we believe in staying aligned with what your skin needs now — not what it needed last year.
Our relationship with our clients is personal and collaborative. We believe the best results come from working together to select the most effective treatments and products for your skin. Aleigha is deeply dedicated to her craft and fully invested in the success of her clients from the very first step of their journey.
During your consultation, please be prepared to discuss your medical history and any current medications, as these factors can impact both product recommendations and treatment options.

Clients may experience mild redness, warmth, or a tingling sensation following the service. These responses are normal and may persist for up to 72 hours as the skin undergoes renewal. Downtime is minimal, and most clients are able to resume normal activities immediately.

The Glow Setters Acne Bootcamp is a results-driven, corrective acne program designed to clear active breakouts, reduce inflammation, restore skin barrier health, and create long-term, sustainable clarity — not temporary fixes.
This is a 12-week commitment-based program that combines customized home care, professional treatments, and ongoing support. Acne is complex, and clear skin requires consistency, education, and accountability — that’s exactly what this bootcamp provides.
This program is offered both in-studio and virtually, with equal success for clients who are committed to following their protocol.
Step One: In-Depth Consultation
Your journey begins with a comprehensive consultation where we review your skin history, lifestyle, triggers, current products, and acne type. From there, a fully customized acne-safe regimen is created specifically for your skin’s needs.
No guessing. No generic routines. Every recommendation is intentional and corrective.
Step Two: Education + Guidance
You’ll receive one-on-one education on why each product is chosen and exactly how to use it. You’ll learn proper application order, frequency, and what to expect at each phase of the program so you feel informed, confident, and in control of your skin journey.
Education is key — because clear skin doesn’t come from treatments alone.
Step Three: Biweekly Treatments & Progress Monitoring
In-studio clients will complete six biweekly corrective treatments over the 12-week period. Treatments are selected based on your skin’s response and may focus on calming inflammation, decongesting pores, hydrating the skin, and strengthening the barrier.
Progress is continuously monitored, with adjustments made as needed to ensure your skin is responding safely and effectively.
By the end of the first 12 weeks, your results will speak for themselves — and a long-term maintenance plan can be created moving forward.
Important Notice
Clients who are currently using or have recently completed Accutane (Isotretinoin) must wait a minimum of 6 months after their final dose before enrolling. Post-Accutane skin is extremely fragile, and protecting the integrity of the skin barrier is essential before beginning corrective acne treatments.
How Does the Virtual Acne Bootcamp Work?
Not local to Jacksonville? No problem.
The Virtual Acne Bootcamp is designed for clients nationwide who want professional acne correction from home.
Your journey begins with a virtual consultation via Zoom, where your skin is thoroughly assessed using photos and intake information. From there, a customized acne-safe routine is curated specifically for you.
Once your products are selected, they are shipped directly to your home. You’ll then receive a one-on-one virtual session for detailed instruction on product usage and expectations.
Throughout the 12 weeks, you’ll receive biweekly virtual check-ins to assess progress, troubleshoot concerns, and make necessary adjustments to your routine.
Important Note: Due to the virtual nature of this program, virtual clients receive customized products and ongoing support but do not receive in-studio treatments.

Microneedling is a results-driven treatment designed to stimulate your skin’s natural healing process and boost collagen and elastin production. Glow Setters Skin Studio is a corrective, results-driven space designed for clients who value professionalism, consistency, and high-quality care. These policies ensure appointments run smoothly and that every client receives the attention they deserve.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies below.
To reserve your appointment time, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
This deposit goes toward your service total and ensures your spot is secured.
Why deposits?
Because my time, product, and prep are dedicated solely to you. Deposits help reduce last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and clients who aren’t serious about their appointment.
• Appointments without a deposit will be automatically cancelled.
• Deposits may be transferred one time only if the appointment is rescheduled before the 48-hour window.
• Repeated rescheduling or last-minute cancellations may result in restricted booking.
New Clients Must Book a Virtual Consultation
This initial consultation allows for a thorough skin analysis, review of your history, and discussion of your goals. A customized, results-driven treatment plan is then created to guide your journey.
Corrective services, bootcamps, chemical peels, and advanced modalities are not performed on first visits or without this required consultation.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy (In-Studio Appointments)
48-Hour Notice Required
• Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will automatically incur a 50% late cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows.
In-Studio No-Show Policy
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be prohibited from booking future appointments.
Virtual Appointment Policy
Virtual consultations and virtual treatment sessions are reserved time blocks and require the same commitment as in-studio appointments.
• All virtual consultations are $50 and prepaid at the time of booking.
• Virtual consultations are reserved exclusively for you and your scheduled time.
• If products are purchased within 24 hours of your consultation, the $50 consultation fee will be applied toward your product total. Purchases made after the 24-hour window do not qualify for the consultation credit.
• All required intake forms and photos must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Failure to submit required intake forms or photos within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee, and the appointment will be canceled.
• Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee, and a new appointment must be booked.
• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
• Missed appointments or failure to submit required intake forms/photos will be considered a no-show.
• This consultation is required prior to booking corrective or advanced services.
• One-time courtesy reschedules may be offered at discretion for emergencies only.
These policies are in place to maintain fairness and efficiency. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent that time from being rebooked and directly impact the studio.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience.
• You have a 10-minute grace period.
• At 10–15 minutes late, the treatment will be shortened but the full service fee still applies.
• At 15+ minutes late, the appointment is considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly.
If you’re running behind, please send a text to (904)844-8829. Communication is appreciated — rushing your treatment is not safe or effective.
All retail product sales are final. For health and safety reasons, Glow Setters Skin Studio is unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any skincare products.
Please keep in mind that every skin type responds uniquely to ingredients and formulations. While all products are hand-selected with professional care, Glow Setters Skin Studio cannot guarantee specific results or prevent the possibility of an adverse reaction.
By purchasing retail products, you acknowledge and accept this as a normal part of your customized skincare journey.

There are no refunds on services, packages, bootcamps, or sessions — completed or uncompleted.
Results depend on consistency, compliance to home-care, lifestyle, and individual skin response.
Corrective skincare is a process, and I am committed to guiding you every step of the way.
You must inform me of:
• Any medications (oral or topical)
• Recent cosmetic procedures
• Active skin irritation
• Antibiotics, retinoids, steroids, or hormonal changes
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Recent tanning or sunburn
Certain treatments cannot be performed under specific conditions. Full transparency ensures safety and protects your results.
Corrective results cannot be achieved with facials alone.
Home-care is mandatory for bootcamps, chemical peels, series, or advanced treatments.
Clients declining recommended home-care may not be eligible for certain protocols for safety reasons.

Aleigha’s hands are truly blessed. She educated me on my skin and walked me through every step she was making and why. Afterwards she provided a care package for home and even sent a thank you for coming e-note. My skin was brighter, moisturized and refreshed. Yes I was glowing. The site was inviting, clean and cozy. She even put the bed warmer on for me and helped me with a surprise for my bestie. Aleigha YOU ROCK!!
